About Me
I'm Paul Kroon. I studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Ursinus College in Pennsylvania, with a minor in Spanish, and was president of the Ursinus chapter of the ACM.
My career since has run over twenty years and covered most of the stack: first development, then system administration, then IT management, and now a broader IT leadership role. The through-line is that I've always managed to keep my hands dirty in a bit of everything, which is something I don't think I'd ever want to drop.
This site is where the useful bits ended up: notes on problems that took me too long to solve, written down in case they save someone else an afternoon. The gaps between posts have gotten long. Being too busy to write them is, I suppose, the price of a career I love.
